A leading international industrial group is looking for a Project Manager. This role involves taking ownership of project planning and execution within a large-scale technical environment, ensuring milestones are met through diligent resource management and analysis. What You'll Be Doing Participating in the planning, implementation, evaluation, and control of sub-projects within the shipbuilding sector through to completion. Creating and maintaining network plans for schedule and resource planning based on reference projects and customer requirements. Analyzing schedule deviations, identifying critical paths, and developing qualitative solutions. Collecting and analyzing technical completion levels to assess project progress. Evaluating schedule and resource risks and initiating corrective measures as required. What We're Looking For Successfully completed university degree in a relevant field. Several years of professional experience in project management. Additional qualifications such as Six Sigma, Systems Engineering, or IPMA. Proficiency in project planning tools, SAP, MS Office, and MS Project. Strong communication skills with business-level fluency in both German and English.
