Job Description
About us
Founded in Melbourne, Australia in 2011 with a team of two, Equiem is now the world's leading end-to-end tenant engagement platform for commercial real estate. Our clients include some of the biggest and best-known landlords and managing agents.
With teams in Australia, USA, UK and Europe, our technology (mobile and web apps) and Engagement services help landlords breathe life into their buildings. We activate ‘space’ and provide the channels in which to manage it.
We’re established and we’ve worked hard to retain the best aspects of our start-up culture. This means every individual has a voice, enjoys great autonomy, and is able to make a genuine impact on our business.
We’re in the business of helping our clients provide the best workplace experience possible, and we practise what we preach!
The Role
This is a technical, hands-on project management role at the centre of Equiem's customer delivery operation. You will own the end-to-end delivery of complex integrations, including CAFM systems, access control, and third-party API workflows, across a portfolio of enterprise real estate clients.
Reporting to the Head of Implementation and Solutions, you will be the primary point of contact for clients on active integration projects, the internal escalation point for complex technical challenges, and a contributor to presales solutioning and feasibility scoping for new deals. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and a network of external integration partners.
This role is based in the UK or Ireland, with flexibility to work remotely. Some travel may be required.
What You Will Do
- Lead technical integration delivery: Own end-to-end delivery of CAFM, access control, and third-party API integrations from vendor discovery and scoping through to staging, testing, and production release.
- Manage client relationships: Act as the primary contact for clients on active integration projects, running regular project calls, managing timelines, and resolving issues as they arise.
- Support presales solutioning: Provide technical input and feasibility assessment on complex deals at the scoping stage, contributing to Scope of Work documentation and helping ensure commitments made in the sales process are deliverable.
- Draft and review Scopes of Work: Lead technical discovery calls with vendors, gather requirements, and produce clear SOW documentation that reflects what has been committed.
- Own escalation and problem-solving: Serve as the internal escalation point for non-standard technical challenges across the Customer Operations team, and provide real-time guidance during live integrations.
- Maintain integration partner knowledge: Keep a working record of key contacts, credentials, known issues, and typical timelines across Equiem's network of integration partners.
- Contribute to squad collaboration: Attend engineering and product ceremonies, feeding delivery insights into sprint planning and roadmap discussions.
What Success Looks Like
- Integrations are delivered on time, with technical constraints clearly documented and clients kept informed throughout.
- Active projects have clear ownership, up-to-date status, and no unresolved blockers sitting idle.
- Presales teams have timely, accurate feasibility input before commitments are made to customers.
- SOWs reflect what was actually discovered and agreed, not what was assumed.
- Integration partner knowledge is documented and accessible, not held in one person's memory.
About You
3 to 5 years of experience in a client-facing project management or technical delivery role, ideally in SaaS or a related technology environment.
Comfortable owning complex technical projects end-to-end, including direct client communication, vendor coordination, and hands-on problem-solving.
Able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences, both in writing and in conversation.
Organised and self-directed, with strong prioritisation skills across multiple concurrent projects.
A project management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or an Agile certification is a plus, but not a requirement.
What’s in it for you?
