The role of Project Management Office Engineer is based in our Exterior & Lighting Business group in Novy Jicin, Czech Republic . Responsibilities: Monitor adherence to internal project management standards and KPIs across regions, programs, and projects, and support continuous improvement initiatives Coordinate and perform assessments of operational compliance to identify best practices and improvement opportunities Maintain and improve internal project management processes, methodologies, and training materials Support development and updates of project execution and reporting tools in cooperation with IT teams Administer project-related information systems (master data, access rights, configuration management) Ensure consistent deployment of project management methodologies across the Business Group Provide training to development teams and project/program teams on internal processes and project management methodology Support project teams during internal and external audits related to quality and process compliance Contribute to yearly budgeting and strategic planning exercises by consolidating project data and ensuring alignment across systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Program Management, IT) to ensure operational excellence Requirements: University degree in Engineering or Business Strong analytical skills and ability to work with information systems Previous experience in project management, continuous improvement, or process governance is an advantage (not mandatory) Ability to coordinate cross-functional activities and engage diverse teams Excellent communication and teamwork skills Structured, rigorous, and detail-oriented working style Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Willingness to learn internal processes, project management methodologies, and digital tools Comfortable delivering training and supporting colleagues across regions English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage Benefits: Performance bonuses 5 weeks of vacation Flexible working hours Possibility to work from home Cafeteria system (benefit program) Company events Transport allowance Contribution to pension / life insurance Training and development courses Subsidized meals in company canteen As a responsible company, OPmobility pays particular attention to diversity and equality within its teams and the Group commits to treat all job applications equally. #LI-Hybrid Date: May 7, 2026 Location: Job Requisition ID: 386507 Other jobs in Program
