Arabian Private Holdings is seeking a Project Management Internship candidate to support our specialized advisory team in a fully remote capacity. This position focuses on the practical coordination of our consulting mandates, ensuring that complex assignments remain on schedule and that all documentation is managed with care. We are currently finalizing a distribution review for a logistics partner in Lithuania, and this role will assist with the operational communication between our advisors and European stakeholders. This is a professional role for someone who values direct communication and organizational rigor. Employment setup This Project Management Internship is a fully remote role offered by Arabian Private Holdings, which is headquartered in Saudi Arabia. We welcome applicants who are based in Lithuania or other regions, provided they can overlap with the team during core business hours. This is a paid internship with a fixed duration of six months. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in their current country of residence as we do not provide sponsorship or local employment contracts. You will report to a Senior Project Manager and should expect a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week. Our hiring process consists of a resume review, a short practical task involving schedule organization, and a final interview via video call. We aim to complete the process within three weeks. About Arabian Private Holdings Arabian Private Holdings was established to solve high-stakes problems that the traditional large-firm model often struggles to address. Whether it is a family group navigating succession or a holding company working on portfolio rationalization, these situations require more than just data. They need experienced advisors who can sit with a complex problem, form a clear view, and defend it. We operate as a focused practice, taking on a limited number of mandates to ensure each client receives direct attention from the people actually doing the research and analysis. We do not use a model where senior partners sell and junior staff execute. Instead, we emphasize accountability and rigor at every step. We support corporations, family offices, and private equity firms by providing honest, defensible strategy and governance advice. What You Will Do In this role, you will be responsible for the administrative and operational health of our advisory projects. You will not be expected to lead client meetings, but you will be essential in making sure those meetings are productive and well-documented. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Setting up and maintaining project workspaces in tools like Notion or Trello to track project milestones. Drafting weekly internal status reports that highlight upcoming deadlines and potential schedule slips. Organizing and filing project documentation, including research notes and draft reports, to ensure version control. Coordinating meeting times between our advisors and various international stakeholders to ensure smooth communication. Assisting with the formatting and proofreading of client deliverables to ensure they meet our standards for professional directness. Monitoring project timelines and flagging any deviations to the senior team early. Transcribing meeting notes into actionable task lists for the advisory team. What We Are Looking For We need someone who is organized by nature and enjoys bringing order to complex information. Since this is an internship, we do not expect years of professional history, but we do look for a specific mindset: A recent graduate or a student currently enrolled in a business, management, or humanities degree. The ability to write clear, plain English without using unnecessary corporate jargon. Comfort using basic project tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or Notion. A disciplined approach to deadlines and the ability to manage your own time in a remote setting. Some exposure to business concepts or an interest in how large organizations are governed and managed. The willingness to ask questions when instructions are unclear rather than guessing. Attention to detail when reviewing documents for spelling and formatting consistency. What The Role Offers This internship provides a view into the world of high-level advisory work that is rarely visible to those starting their careers. You will see how difficult decisions are reached and how strategy is defended under pressure. We offer a remote environment where you are treated as a professional colleague. You will receive direct feedback on your work and have the chance to learn project management fundamentals in a firm that values quality over volume. While a permanent role is not guaranteed at the end of the internship, we focus on providing you with skills that are applicable in any professional project management or advisory setting. Working At Arabian Private Holdings Working here means moving away from consulting theater and focusing on real outcomes. We value professional directness and the ability to ask the questions that others avoid. Our team is small, which means your work is visible and your contribution to project organization is noticed. We do not value long hours for their own sake but we do insist on rigor and accountability. This is an environment for those who prefer straightforward tasks and clear expectations over ambiguous corporate structures. We focus on the work itself and the defensibility of the advice we provide to our clients.
