About the Role:
Join MedPOINT Management as a Project Coordinator in Strategy & Operations, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and innovation. Be part of a dynamic team in Sherman Oaks, CA, dedicated to enhancing healthcare management solutions.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful execution.
Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project goals.
Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for management review.
Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and project planning.
Organize and lead project meetings, documenting key outcomes and action items.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery.
Support the onboarding and training of new team members as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
2+ years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in healthcare.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
