Job Title: Project Coordinator / Project Manager Location: Remote Experience: 4+ Years (Including 2+ Years in Healthcare Domain) Employment Type: Contract Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Project Manager to support and drive successful project delivery within the Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 2 years of healthcare industry experience, along with exposure to project coordination, stakeholder management, and delivery support. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage project activities throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of project deliverables. Track project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies. Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and follow up on deliverables. Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, and project documentation. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, business teams, and leadership. Support project governance, resource planning, and issue resolution activities. Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency. Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and project requirements. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of overall professional experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, or IT Delivery. Minimum 2+ years of experience working within the Healthcare domain. Experience managing project schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting Healthcare IT, Clinical Systems, Payer, Provider, EHR/EMR, or Healthcare Operations projects. Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies. PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications are a plus. Prior experience leading small to medium-sized projects or project workstreams. Nice to Have: IT Delivery Lead experience. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry standards. Experience coordinating with technical and business teams in healthcare environments.
