Project Controls III - LAWA Capital Projects

The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies. We are seeking an experienced Project Controls III to support cost controls, contract performance monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk analysis across LAWA’s Capital Program. *Salary Range: $170K/Year-$185K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications This position currently offers a hybrid schedule: Remote: Monday & Friday Onsite: Tuesday–Thursday in Los Angeles area Key Responsibilities: Review project cost and contract performance using PMIS systems and reporting tools Analyze project budgets, invoices, forecasting, resource allocation, and closeout activities Support development of cost control policies, procedures, and reporting standards Collaborate with finance, estimating, risk, and controls teams on forecasting and capitalization efforts Assist with internal and external audit responses Support and mentor project controls staff across the capital program Help identify program risks, variances, and performance trends throughout the project lifecycle
