Program Portal Administrator – Contingent

We are seeking an experienced, remote Program Portal Administrator within the United States for a contingent opportunity (based on contract award). In this journeyman-level role, you will perform program portal administration and information management functions in support of the ILS2 Task Order execution, ensuring the effective operation of digital collaboration platforms and centralized data repositories. You will manage user access, permissions, and dashboards that provide visibility into program performance across logistics, sustainment, and contingency operations. This position focuses strictly on portal administration and data management to enhance transparency and enable data-driven program management; it does not provide IT infrastructure support, cybersecurity operations, or program-level decision-making authority. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Portal Administration: Perform portal administration and information management to ensure the seamless operation of digital collaboration platforms and centralized data repositories. Access & Security Controls: Administer user access, permissions, and security controls to maintain data integrity and strict compliance with program requirements. Dashboard & Interface Maintenance: Maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and data interfaces providing visibility into logistics, sustainment, and contingency operations. Cross-Functional Data Integration: Coordinate with program leadership and functional teams to integrate data inputs, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of information. Reporting & Transition Support: Enable efficient data access and visualization for decision-making, establish portal configurations, and ensure data system continuity across program phases while working independently. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Security Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance. Experience: 3 to 10 years of professional experience supporting information technology systems, networks, applications, databases, communications, systems administration, user support, and operational IT services. Education: Bachelor's (BA/BS) or Master's (MA/MS) degree.
