ANR is seeking a motivated, organized, and compassionate Program Manager to oversee program operations and staff while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards. This leadership role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a mission-driven environment and is passionate about supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and developmental disabilities. Working closely with the Director, the Program Manager will help plan, develop, and implement services that align with ANR’s mission while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and person-centered support. Full-time - 40 hours/week Monday – Friday, daylight hours Participation in an on-call rotation is required Hyrid position with primarily remote work – great for work/life balance! Travel mileage reimbursement provided at the current state rate Salary - $52,000/year Key Responsibilities: Manage and submit data in a timely manner to ensure program(s) operations are compliant with policies and applicable federal, state, and local requirements. Manage all personnel matters including hiring, supervision, training, and evaluation of assigned staff. Maintain good working relationships across departments and programs internally as well as with governmental agencies and community organizations. Assist Director in planning, developing, and executing services in line with ANR’s mission Maintain and utilize working knowledge of significant developments and trends in the field.
