We’re looking for an experienced IT Program Manager to take ownership of complex, international initiatives—driving delivery excellence, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring our projects deliver real business value. 🌍 The Opportunity As an IT Program Manager, you will lead multiple global projects simultaneously , partnering with senior stakeholders and diverse delivery teams to ensure outstanding outcomes across scope, time, cost, and quality. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll combine strategic oversight, operational excellence, and strong people leadership to deliver innovative technology solutions across areas such as: Clinical and commercial systems Data and platform transformation IT infrastructure and cybersecurity You’ll act as the trusted leader for both clients and internal stakeholders , driving execution while continuously improving how we deliver. 💼 What You’ll Be Doing ✅ Drive Global Project Delivery Own the successful delivery of multiple complex programmes Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards Proactively manage risks, issues, and change throughout the lifecycle 🤝 Lead Client & Stakeholder Engagement Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders Build strong relationships that drive satisfaction, trust, and repeat business Lead communication, escalation, and governance forums 👥 Build and Lead High-Performing Teams Lead cross-functional project teams across global locations Empower teams to deliver with autonomy, accountability, and excellence Coach, mentor, and develop project leaders and future talent 🧠 Plan, Execute & Optimise Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resourcing strategies Oversee scope, timelines, and financial performance Drive continuous improvement using lessons learned ⚠️ Manage Risk, Quality & Compliance Ensure delivery meets regulatory (GxP) and business requirements Lead risk management and quality assurance activities Maintain rigorous project governance and documentation standards 📈 Contribute to Growth Support business development through presentations and proposals Partner with internal teams to shape compelling client solutions 🧑‍💻 What You’ll Bring ✔️ Experience Extensive experience leading complex IT projects or programmes (9+ years) Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-vendor, global initiatives Strong background in one or more areas: Clinical or healthcare systems Enterprise or commercial platforms IT infrastructure or cybersecurity ✔️ Leadership Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams Strong experience working in matrix and cross-functional environments Confident communicator across all levels, including senior stakeholders ✔️ Delivery Excellence Deep knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments 🌟 Nice to Have Experience with Agile / SAFe / Product ways of working Project or Programme Management certifications Global project delivery experience Understanding of GxP regulations in IT delivery 💡 Why Join Us? 🌍 Work on global, high-impact transformation programmes 🏡 Fully remote, flexible working environment 🚀 Opportunity to lead, influence, and shape delivery at scale 📈 Play a key role in advancing modern, agile ways of working🎯 If you're a confident, strategic leader who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about delivering excellence— we’d love to hear from you.
