Inviting applications for the role of Vice President– Implementation & Support Lead -Agentic AI In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines. Responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, and deployment of agentic AI solutions into client environments. This role ensures the designed AI agents are properly integrated, tested, and optimized for real-world performance, while adhering to security, compliance, and scalability requirements. Key Responsibilities 1. Solution Implementation Translate solution design and architecture into detailed deployment plans. Configure, fine-tune, and train AI agents based on client-specific workflows and datasets. Integrate agentic AI systems with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, ticketing, data lakes, APIs, RPA platforms). Implement multi-agent orchestration frameworks and process automations. 2. Deployment & Go-Live Manage staging, UAT, and production deployment cycles. Conduct performance tuning, latency reduction, and error handling configuration. Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting for ongoing agent health checks. Support client IT and operations teams during go-live, ensuring minimal business disruption. 3. Testing & Quality Assurance Develop and execute test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing. Validate agentic AI outputs against accuracy benchmarks and business KPIs. Implement feedback loops for continuous improvement. 4. Governance & Compliance Ensure deployments meet data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, local laws). Apply ethical AI practices, bias mitigation, and secure data handling. Maintain detailed implementation documentation for audits and knowledge transfer. 5. Post-Deployment Optimization Monitor adoption and usage metrics; identify enhancement opportunities. Coordinate periodic model updates, retraining, and scalability improvements. Provide Tier-2/3 support for troubleshooting complex AI agent behavior. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of agentic AI frameworks, autonomous agent orchestration, and LLM integrations. Proficiency in APIs, webhooks, and enterprise middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Logic Apps, etc.). Familiarity with workflow automation platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, ServiceNow Orchestration). Implementation Skills: Hands-on experience in deploying enterprise-grade AI or automation solutions. Strong command over CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI). Soft Skills: Strong project management and stakeholder communication abilities. Ability to translate technical steps into user-friendly guides for client teams.
