About this role
We are looking for a new Product/Project Manager to drive a small team from coordinating and managing a remote team of UX/UI Designers, Engineers ,Digital marketers and other supporting contract roles. We have several Web dev (CMS and Microsite) projects that needs to be launched simultaneously Tasks will include but not limited to projects strategy, manage the product backlog, QAing code snippets and ensuring marketing and analytics reports are looking great. All while managing and leading a team to hit deadlines in a limited time. Bi-weekly progress reports to the founder. Must haves: Experience in successfully delivering SaaS projects and/or eCommerce products Result-driven, ability to create momentum based on the ultimate goal of getting things done Result oriented, ability to recognize what results are important Full understanding of the Scrum methodology Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment User interface design Sprint review and retrospect’s UI/UX QA skills Remote team management Project management tools Nice to haves: UI/UX Design SEO Understanding of Operations Research Management Industry knowledge Design tools CRM tools Agile Certifications Experience with CI/CD capabilities IT project management You will be working part-time to start, once the team is onboard you will be working part-time to full-time.
