This role plays a key part in maintaining high service standards, driving team performance, and providing real-time support to ensure smooth daily operations. A solid understanding of photo editing tools, particularly Adobe Lightroom or Adobe Photoshop, is essential for this role. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Support the Team Leader in managing day-to-day team operations Step in to lead the team in the absence of the Team Leader Foster a positive, energetic, and high-performing team culture Monitor workflows and ensure productivity targets are met Conduct QA audits on tickets and tasks; identify trends and report recurring issues Share updates through shift huddles and internal communication platforms Assist with Production Support tasks as needed to manage workload Submit technical tickets during system issues or outages Handle escalations confidently and effectively Contribute to improving workflows, productivity, and team growth Track feedback and identify development areas; collaborate with Team Leaders and management This role is open for the Day Shift (8am - 5pm AEST) Interested?
