Production Manager

Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Production Manager at Ram Pro Construction. The Production Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline goals. Daily tasks include coordinating with architects, suppliers, and contractors, managing resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring safety standards. The Production Manager will play a key role in fostering collaboration and maintaining effective communication across all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline management
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and industry regulations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination abilities
• Proficiency in construction management software and related tools
• Experience in commercial interior construction is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work autonomously and manage projects in a remote setting
