Encompass LOS experience, required Previous experience in Mortgage Banking, Sales Operations or Financial Services is a plus Prior experience in financial / data analysis preferred. Skills And Competencies Deep understanding and strong knowledge of all aspects of mortgage operations, including loan processing, underwriting, and closing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Possess the utmost professionalism and ability to communicate with people at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proficiency with data analysis tools such as MS Excel, SQL, strongly preferred Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to multi-task with changing priorities and thrive within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with little supervision.
