You’re looking for a company where you have the opportunity to pursue your interests and be able to grow professionally. --competencies==You bring to Applaudo the following competencies: ##Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or any other relevant field (optional) ##2+ years of proven experience in software development projects or with relevant experience in roles related to Product Owner. ##Basic knowledge of any of the following tools: Product Discovery, Design Thinking, User Story Mapping, Design Sprints, Lean Startup. ##Negotiator ##Analytical ##Leadership skills: charismatic, diligent and willing to contribute. ##Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills ##English is a requirement, as you will be working directly with US-based clients. --responsibilities==You will be accountable for the following responsibilities: ##Promotes the vision and objectives of the client by prioritizing product backlog items, based on the feedback received from stakeholders. ##Supports clients to identify key elements that will maximize the product value and the definition of Minimum Viable Product (MVP). ##Take input from the requests of stakeholders and transform them into usable Epics or User Stories. ##Participate in the backlog grooming ceremonies to refine and prioritize tickets on the backlog. ##Motivate the development team to accomplish their sprint goals. ##Promotes market "research" with the client to validate the value of the product. ##Works in an Agile environment and continuously works with the client to review the business needs, define priorities, outlines milestones, deliverables, and identifies opportunities and product risks. ##Collaborate with the Scrum Master to align process and product expectations ##Collaborate with the Project Manager’s needs to define project risks or any other contractual issue
