About the Role: This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, revenue, and strategy. You will play a key role in shaping how the company communicates its value to enterprise customers, translating highly technical concepts into compelling business outcomes for security and technology leaders. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on - someone who can build messaging, launch campaigns, support sales enablement, and drive measurable pipeline impact in a fast-moving startup environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop clear product messaging and positioning for AI-driven security solutions. Translate technical concepts into compelling value for enterprise buyers. Support product launches, GTM initiatives, and strategic marketing campaigns. Create sales enablement materials including battle cards, case studies, presentations, and ROI assets. Drive and optimise marketing campaigns across multiple channels, tracking pipeline impact and performance metrics. Manage and improve marketing automation, CRM workflows, and reporting processes. Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership teams to align marketing with growth objectives. Leverage AI tools to scale campaigns, improve personalisation, and streamline marketing operations. What We’re Looking For: Startup experience preferred, with a builder mindset and strong sense of ownership. 4–7 years of experience in product marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing within B2B SaaS, AI, or security-focused technology companies. Strong understanding of enterprise technology buyers and go-to-market strategies. Proven ability to drive pipeline growth and optimize marketing performance. Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools. Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Familiarity with AI marketing tools and modern workflows is a strong plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Who You Are: A builder who thrives in fast-growth environments.
