This role sits between Product, Marketing and Sales, and is centred on execution rather than ownership of strategy . You will help bring propositions to life through clear messaging, practical marketing assets and well-co-ordinated go-to-market activity. You will work in close alignment with the Chief Product Officer , supporting product messaging, launch readiness and roadmap communication, and ensuring market feedback is fed back into the Product function. This position plays a vital delivery role—supporting launches, campaigns and sales enablement, and helping ensure our products are clearly understood by customers and internal teams. Person Specification Essential: 2–4 years’ experience in B2B marketing or product marketing, ideally within technology, software or professional services. Strong copywriting skills and the ability to simplify technical information. Experience creating marketing and sales collateral in a hands‑on role. Confidence working with sales teams and internal stakeholders. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A practical, delivery‑focused mindset. Desirable: Experience working in an SME or fast‑growing organisation. Exposure to IT services, software, cloud, cyber security, CRM or ERP. Familiarity with Microsoft‑aligned or partner‑led marketing activity. Basic understanding of CRM or marketing performance reporting. Personal Attributes: Commercially aware and customer‑focused. Curious and keen to learn technical concepts. Comfortable working at pace and adapting to changing priorities. Confident communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams. Key Responsibilities: Product & Service Messaging Support the development of clear positioning and value propositions for Xperience’s services and products. Work with Product and technical teams to translate capabilities into customer‑focused messaging. Maintain product descriptions, proposition summaries and key messaging documents. Support ongoing product positioning on the website, ensuring content remains accurate, up to date and aligned to the product roadmap and commercial priorities. Go ‑ to ‑ Market & Launch Support Support product and service launches by coordinating launch assets, messaging and internal communications. Create and update launch materials such as one‑pagers, FAQs, solution briefs and website content. Ensure launch activity is aligned with sales priorities and customer needs. Sales Enablement & Content Creation Create practical sales enablement materials including: One‑pagers and solution overviews Pitch decks and presentation content Case studies and customer stories Objection‑handling and comparison summaries Work closely with Sales to understand common customer questions and refine content accordingly. Campaign & Digital Support Support marketing campaigns across email, website, events and social channels. Draft copy for campaigns, web pages and customer communications. Coordinate with designers and agencies where required. Insight & Performance Carry out light‑touch market and competitor research to support positioning and campaigns. Track and report on the performance of product campaigns and content (engagement, leads, pipeline contribution). Use insight and feedback to continuously improve messaging and assets.
