Product Manager (Jobs Vertical) Aplicar At Q-tech, we’re partnering with a fast-growing startup in the logistics & last-mile tech space that is transforming how operational talent (drivers, couriers, last-mile workers, etc.) connects with job opportunities across different markets. With a team of around 90 people and a Product & Tech department of ~30, the company operates through several product verticals and is currently strengthening its Product function in a highly collaborative, entrepreneurial and fast-moving environment. They are looking for a Product Manager to lead the Jobs vertical, owning product direction and helping align business goals, user needs and technical constraints. This is a strategic Product role, highly focused on prioritisation, business impact and stakeholder alignment rather than delivery tracking. 💡 What will you do? • Define and drive product strategy for the Jobs vertical • Prioritise initiatives with clear business impact • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Sales and Leadership • Translate operational and commercial challenges into product opportunities • Use data and metrics to support decision-making • Contribute to Product Discovery initiatives and continuous product improvement • Explore AI-enabled workflows and tools to improve processes and analysis 🔎 We’re looking for someone with: • Previous experience as Product Manager in startup, scale-up or fast-changing environments • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Business-oriented mindset with strong analytical capabilities • High ownership, autonomy and proactive attitude • Ability to bring structure and clarity without relying on rigid processes • Fluent English (Spanish is a plus) ✨ Nice to have: • Experience in ATS, HR Tech or recruitment-related products • Background in logistics, delivery or operational environments • Experience managing high-volume funnels or efficiency-driven products • Hands-on experience using AI in product workflows 🌍 Fully remote role (preference for Barcelona-based candidates) 💰 Salary around €60K + benefits 🏥 Private health insurance 📚 €1,200 annual learning budget ⏰ Flexible schedule focused on outcomes, not hours ✈️ Quarterly Product Summits & occasional in-person workshops A great opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy and building products in evolving startup environments.
