About the role The Product Manager for ENSEK’s Home & Business will own and evolve our capability, delivering seamless customer experiences across complex, regulated energy journeys. You’ll define the strategy and roadmap for moves, simplifying industry complexity through scalable, AI-enabled product solutions. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our global expansion, shaping how we support new markets and drive operational efficiency. Key responsibilities: Own the strategy, vision and roadmap for Home and Business Moves across domestic and B2B journeys Deliver an end-to-end move experience, from notification through to billing handoff Design scalable solutions to support international markets and regulatory frameworks Partner across product and engineering to ensure robust integrations with industry systems Drive AI-led innovation, including intelligent exception handling and automated occupancy detection Define and track product performance metrics such as completion rates, automation and customer satisfaction Key outcomes: Improved move completion and retention rates Reduced manual intervention, exceptions and disputes Increased automation across move processes Moves capability successfully scaled for new international markets Clear delivery of roadmap value and measurable business impact Experience required: Proven experience delivering a complex, integration-heavy SaaS product end-to-end Strong understanding of APIs, data flows and event-driven architectures Experience in a regulated industry (energy, telecoms, insurance, financial services or similar) Ability to make data-driven product decisions and communicate clearly Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships Strong Agile delivery experience Company Benefits 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays Option to buy or sell 5 extra annual leave days per year Vitality Health Insurance, including private healthcare, virtual GP access, mental‑health support and wellbeing perks (50% off gym memberships -Virgin Active, Nuffield, PureGym) Pension with 5% matched contribution Regular team‑wide and company‑wide events 2 volunteering days per year to give back Remote‑first working environment with offices in London and Nottingham Department Product Role Product Manager Locations Nottingham Remote status Hybrid
