Our client - WebPros , founded in early 2017, brings together widely used web hosting, billing automation, infrastructure, server management, and online marketing software solutions. We are hiring a Product Manager to own one of our AI products end to end. You will report to the Group Product Manager and work directly with a dedicated engineering team to define strategy, shape the roadmap, and ship. This is a role for someone who does not need to be managed closely. You will set direction, make calls, and drive your product forward. The expectation is that you can walk into a room with engineering, design, or GTM stakeholders and lead the conversation on your own. We are building a growing portfolio of AI products at WebPros. Depending on fit and timing, you may be placed on Nova, our AI-powered web application generation product, or on another AI initiative within the portfolio. Either way, you will own it from day one. Key Responsibilities Own the product strategy and roadmap for your assigned AI product, defining it with clear intent and keeping it coherent as priorities evolve. Lead your engineering team as its product counterpart, partnering with the engineering team lead on backlog, planning, and delivery, so the team is always building the right things in the right order. Think beyond the product build. Understand how your product reaches customers, how it competes, and what it takes to grow, and bring that thinking into how you prioritize and position. Run customer and market discovery, translate insight into clear requirements and user stories, so what gets built is grounded in real need and not assumption. Represent your product in partner and customer conversations with enough depth and context that you do not need someone else in the room to fill gaps. Keep stakeholders aligned across engineering, design, GTM, and leadership, so nothing stalls because of a communication gap. Define and track success metrics for your product, so progress is visible and course corrections happen early. Qualifications Must-haves 5+ years of product management experience, including end-to-end ownership of a B2B or B2B2C software product. Deep familiarity with the AI landscape, particularly agentic and generative AI. You follow what is happening, you have opinions about it, and you have shipped agentic or generative AI products. A strong track record of working with engineering teams. You earn technical trust, you understand how AI-native development actually works, and you know how to keep a team moving in the right direction. An entrepreneurial or GTM-oriented mindset. You think about the whole picture, not just the build. Whether that comes from a founder background, time in a GTM role, or simply how you are wired, you care whether the product actually lands with customers. Strong written and verbal English. You can write crisp requirements, clear stakeholder updates, and communicate well in a remote, async-first environment. Comfortable operating with high autonomy in a fully remote, asynchronous setting, with flexibility across EU and US hours. Nice-to-haves You are an active experimenter in the AI space. You build with agentic workflow tools like n8n or Make, generative builders like Lovable, v0, Bolt, or Base44, or whatever has just launched and is worth trying. The specific tools matter less than the habit. Familiarity with the web hosting industry, including products such as cPanel, Plesk, and WHMCS. Experience in B2B SaaS, particularly selling to or working with technical buyers or infrastructure companies. Your Impact in the First 120 Days 30 Days - Learn and orient. Complete WebPros onboarding and get hands-on with your assigned product as a user and as a PM. Meet your engineering team, design partners, and key GTM and leadership stakeholders. Understand the current roadmap, what is in flight, and why decisions were made the way they were. 60 Days - Contribute and engage. Take ownership of at least one in-flight initiative and drive it end to end. Run your first customer or partner discovery conversations and begin forming your own point of view on the product.Start shaping the next quarter's roadmap priorities with input from engineering and stakeholders. 90 Days - Take ownership. Own the roadmap end to end, with clear priorities and engineering alignment. Have shipped something meaningful, with success metrics defined and being tracked. Be the primary point of contact for your product in stakeholder and partner conversations, without escalating to your manager for the basics. 120 Days - Drive growth. Identify and advocate for the next set of strategic bets for your product, grounded in customer and market signal. Operate fully independently, contributing to the broader AI portfolio direction alongside your manager and peers. You Will Thrive Here If You ... Are genuinely into AI, not just professionally aware of it. You follow the space, you experiment, and you have a point of view. Enjoy owning a product end to end and holding yourself accountable to outcomes, not just outputs. Think about how a product gets to customers, not just how it gets built. Are energized by working autonomously and are comfortable making decisions in ambiguity. Can earn the trust of an engineering team and operate as a genuine partner to them, not just a ticket writer. Thrive in a remote, async-first environment and manage your own time well. You Will Struggle Here If You ... Need close direction or frequent check-ins to know what to prioritize. Have surface-level AI familiarity but have not gone deep into how these systems actually work or are built. Think of product management primarily as project coordination or requirements documentation. Are uncomfortable representing a product solo in front of engineering leads, GTM teams, or external partners. Find fully remote, async-first work isolating or struggle to stay aligned without daily in-person contact. Q&A Does the job come with a probation period? Yes, there is a 3-month probation period.
