Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager, UX & Platform Experience to lead user experience initiatives across complex digital platforms. This role focuses on improving usability, driving user-centered design decisions, and delivering seamless platform experiences through close collaboration with design, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute UX and platform experience strategies.
• Gather user insights through research, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.
• Prioritize product enhancements that improve usability and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Manage product roadmaps, requirements, and feature delivery.
• Monitor user engagement metrics and continuously optimize the user experience.

Requirements

• Experience in Product Management with a strong focus on UX and platform products.
• Knowledge of user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional product, design, and engineering teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile product development processes.
