Process Specialist, KONE Hyvinkää Apply here! We are now looking for a Process Specialist (Agile Process Development) to strengthen our customers KONE's R&D organization in Hyvinkää. In this role, you will work at the heart of R&D execution, gaining high visibility and the opportunity to make a real impact across teams and projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers, experts, and leaders, playing a key role in shaping how R&D plans, executes, and continuously evolves. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine agile thinking, communication, and process development into one meaningful role, while also giving you a platform to build communities, enable learning, and drive tangible, lasting change in the organization. This position is full-time and will be based on-site at Hyvinkää for the most part, but with a possibility to work partially remotely. The assignment starts in August as agreed and lasts at least a year. Contract of employment will be with Adecco. Your main task will include Develop and harmonize R&D ways of working, strengthening agile and execution practices Lead and further develop the Execution Hub to enhance collaboration, alignment, and transparency Coordinate quarterly planning, linking portfolio priorities with execution Organize R&D Quarterly Demo events to showcase progress and learning Own R&D Execution Management communication, ensuring clarity and consistency Act as Keto tool champion, supporting effective and consistent usage Increase visibility through KPIs to enable data-driven decisions Maintain and evolve the R&D Tribe Blueprint Identify and remove process friction while driving simplification and alignment To be successful in this role, you should have Strong facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to influence and align stakeholders across roles and seniority levels Structured way of working, high ownership, and attention to detail PowerBI knowledge and willingness to learn more Experience on using AI as a tool for boosting working efficiency Continuous improvement mindset and ability to challenge existing practices constructively We offer you strong support in your personal and professional growth in a truly global business environment.
