🎯 The Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Process Manager to design, analyze, and improve business processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will identify inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and ensure operational workflows are streamlined, standardized, and aligned with business objectives.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and manage process improvement and operations teams
• Analyze existing business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Design and implement standardized workflows, procedures, and operational frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and service delivery
• Develop process documentation, SOPs, and best practice guidelines
• Monitor process performance and track key operational KPIs
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile
• Support automation and digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and operational requirements
• Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership on process optimization initiatives
✅ Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in process management, operations, business analysis, or continuous improvement roles
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred
• Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Experience with workflow tools, process mapping, and documentation systems
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel or BI platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive organizational change
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
