This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of deal execution — from valuation and financial analysis through buyer negotiations and successful close. The ideal candidate brings experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or M&A Advisory, with strong financial modeling skills and the ability to confidently advise founder-led businesses through complex transitions. Unlike many traditional roles, you will not be responsible for cold calling or hunting for leads—we handle marketing and lead generation.
