Key Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive due diligence by analyzing confidential information memoranda (CIMs/SIMs) and supporting deal documentation to assess investment opportunities. • Draft, review, and refine investment committee (IC) memos and board decks to support informed decision-making processes. • Navigate complex public filings, financial statements, and dense transaction documents for thorough investment evaluation and risk assessment. • Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to monitor task progress, identify key errors, and ensure alignment with investment criteria. • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to enhance investment strategies and outcomes. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or financial analysis, with a proven track record in due diligence and deal evaluation. • Proficiency in analyzing confidential information memoranda (CIMs/SIMs) and financial statements to identify investment risks and opportunities. • Strong ability to draft and refine investment committee memos and board decks that clearly communicate financial insights and recommendations. • Experience navigating complex transaction documents and public filings to support investment evaluations. • Attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve investment objectives.
