Position: Private Equity Expert Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $30 $65/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10 40 hours/week Role Responsibilities Provide expertise in private equity deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management. Review investment memos, financial models, and transaction case studies. Develop realistic private equity scenarios and decision-making frameworks for AI training. Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, commercial relevance, and financial rigor. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices for financial document analysis. Identify knowledge gaps and recommend improvements based on industry expertise. Contribute domain knowledge to support high-quality AI training datasets. Requirements Strong experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate development, or related finance roles. Deep understanding of valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, and exit strategies. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated expertise and thought leadership within the private equity industry. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
