(U.S./Canada) or LL.B./LL.M. from an accredited law school; active or inactive U.S. law license required Strong experience in one or more specialized domains: AML/BSA, OFAC sanctions, FCPA/anti-corruption, healthcare regulatory (HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback, Medicare/Medicaid), FDA submissions, privacy (GDPR/CCPA/DPIA), environmental permitting, or export control Exceptional written communication skills with rigorous attention to detail Easy Apply to proceed.
