Working closely with product teams, you will convert high-level requirements into technical design decisions and address complex challenges while upholding high-quality standards. What You Will Be Doing Feature Development: Architecting and building new features with an emphasis on scalability, maintainability, and sustained product value. Requirement Engineering: Partnering with the product team to refine specifications and driving technical conversations to ensure features align with product objectives. Operations and Maintenance: Overseeing and sustaining product stability, optimizing performance, and proactively detecting and addressing issues. Technical Design: Making high-stakes technical decisions that directly influence user experiences and product scalability. What You Won’t Be Doing Jumping between short-term projects or pursuing the latest hype-driven technology trends. Contributing to internal IT systems or outsourced projects lacking real-world user impact. Being trapped in endless meetings or managing tedious infrastructure problems. Basic Requirements Principal Software Engineer key responsibilities At least 1 year of full-stack development experience, working on front and backend features. At least 2 years as the primary technical contributor for a SaaS product, driving strategic technical decisions. At least 4 years of experience working on actual SaaS products, not outsourcing or internal IT projects. Experience in using generative AI in your day-to-day development work.
