What you will be doing:

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning solutions to address complex business challenges.
• Apply predictive modelling, classification, clustering, and advanced analytics techniques
• Explore and implement Generative AI use cases where appropriate
• Analyse structured and unstructured data to uncover actionable insights
• Develop proof-of-concepts and evaluate emerging AI technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Contribute throughout the full lifecycle of model development, deployment, and optimisation

Skills:

• Extensive experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience working with Natural Language Processing and machine learning techniques; text analytics, including text classification, topic modelling, embeddings, and modern language model architectures.
• Exposure to transformer-based models and semantic search applications would be advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with modern machine learning libraries and frameworks
• Experience building, testing, and deploying predictive models
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Nice to have skills:

• Exposure to cloud platforms and MLOps practices
• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Model applications
• Knowledge of containerisation technologies and CI/CD practices
• Experience with data visualisation and reporting tools
• Experience working in software product or SaaS environments
