Job Title: Principal Application Engineer (Team Lead) Location: Katowice, Poland Reports to: Application Engineering Group Director Job Overview: As an AE Team Lead for Emulation and Prototyping, you will lead and develop a team of Application Engineers supporting customers in deploying Cadence’s emulation and prototyping solutions. This is a customer-facing leadership role combining technical expertise, hands-on problem solving, and team development. You will play a key role in helping customers achieve successful outcomes while supporting and growing your team. The role is based in the Cadence Katowice office and follows a remote engagement model, primarily supporting customers in Israel.
