Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Primavera P6 Expert with prior Gulf (Middle East) project experience. The Primavera P6 Expert will design and deliver online training sessions, workshops, and practical demonstrations on project planning, scheduling, and control using Primavera P6. Daily tasks include preparing course content, case studies, and assignments based on real Gulf projects; conducting live interactive classes; and providing feedback and guidance to learners. The role also involves creating and updating training materials, supporting learners through Q&A sessions, and contributing to Protrainy’s “INDUSTRY READY” assessments. The specialist will collaborate with the internal team to continuously improve course quality and align content with current industry practices and standards in the Gulf region. Qualifications Strong expertise in Primavera P6, including project setup, scheduling, resource loading, cost control, and progress monitoring. Proven Gulf (Middle East) experience in project planning and controls within construction, infrastructure, or oil & gas projects. Ability to design and deliver clear, structured online training, including preparation of slides, exercises, and project-based case studies. Solid understanding of project management principles (scope, time, cost, risk, and reporting), ideally aligned with PMI/PMBOK or similar frameworks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, learner-friendly way. Comfort with digital tools and learning platforms (video conferencing, LMS, screen sharing, and basic content creation tools). Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline; advanced certifications in planning, scheduling, or Primavera P6 are an advantage. Prior teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience is highly desirable, especially with diverse, early-career learner groups. Strong time-management, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup while meeting agreed schedules and deliverables.
