Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience with Filevine or similar case management software preferred. Excellent client communication and customer service skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Professional handling of confidential and sensitive information. Experience in personal injury or legal case management preferred. Familiarity with pre-litigation processes in personal injury law.
