We are seeking an experienced Pre-litigation Personal Injury Attorney for our Seattle Office . This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who enjoys handling plaintiff-side personal injury matters from intake through settlement and is looking to join a well-established, high-volume firm with strong infrastructure, support, and long-term growth potential. The firm has built an outstanding reputation in the personal injury space and continues expanding throughout the West Coast. They are seeking someone who can step in, manage a pre-litigation caseload, advocate for injured clients, and become a long-term part of the team. Duties: Client communication and case strategy Liability and damages evaluation Demand preparation Settlement negotiations with insurance carriers Working closely with case managers and support staff to maximize case value Guiding clients through treatment and claim progression This is a hands-on role with significant client interaction and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on injured individuals. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of plaintiff personal injury experience Strong preference for pre-litigation experience Licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar Experience handling bodily injury claims and settlement negotiations Strong communication and client-management skills Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits: Compensation Range: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 + Plus bonuses and a profit-sharing structure Established plaintiff PI firm with strong name recognition High-volume practice with consistent case flow Strong operational and support staff infrastructure Leadership that understands plaintiff personal injury practice Opportunity for long-term growth and advancement Position designed to support work-life balance and avoid unnecessary burnout Location: Seattle, WA 98109 Near Queen Anne ***Please note that we at Career Consulting Partners will be sure to keep your information private.
