Context
timbuktoo Africa Innovation Foundation is a pan-African innovation initiative anchored in UNDP's Regional Bureau for Africa. Its mission is to support African founders to start, grow, and scale — targeting 100,000 enrolled startups and the mobilisation of USD 1 billion for African innovation. Building Africa is the Foundation's weekly 30-minute live show, hosted by the CEO on LinkedIn Live and Facebook Live. Each episode features an African startup founder or ecosystem builder in conversation about capital, growth, and market infrastructure. Following each broadcast, video clips and full edited episodes are published to the Foundation's website (timbuktoo.africa) to extend the reach of each conversation to audiences who were not able to attend live.

Task description
We are looking for six online volunteers, with two each working to support each of our 3 live shows in process with video, image and written episode summaries for the Building Africa live show and the upcoming Financing Africa and Innovating Africa. The role will operate under the direct supervision of the Chief Innovation Officer (CINO) to carry out the task below on timbuktoo’s primary brand channels. This is a hands-on technical asset creation and scheduling role focused on amplifying the foundation’s live digital assets and executive presence. After each broadcast, the online volunteer will utilise our AI tools to review the episode replay and produce the following outputs for timbuktoo. Each episode post-show package will be delivered within 48 hours of each broadcast: Live Show Amplification: Produce and publish 12 weekly post-show content packages ( 5 short-form captioned video teasers per show using our AI-supported video editing tool, and a Youtube full replay) for the 30 minute live show, Building Africa (launched) and upcoming Innovating Africa and Financing Africa shows series. Ecosystem Spotlights: Deliver 6 enrolled founder spotlight video feature posts each for LinkedIn and Instagram, generated on a rolling weekly schedule. Analytics Discipline: Maintain a weekly performance hook log and submit 2 streamlined monthly channel reports documenting follower growth, engagement rates, and inbound query conversions against baseline targets.
