About The Role

We're looking for Polish language experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Polish-language content. Your linguistic insight will directly shape how AI understands, generates, and communicates in Polish — making a real impact on one of Europe's most widely spoken languages.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role that fits around your existing schedule. No prior AI or tech experience needed — just a strong command of Polish and a sharp eye for quality.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated Polish translations and original content for accuracy and naturalness
• Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, register mismatches, or cultural issues
• Suggest improvements for clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate Polish
• Provide structured, detailed feedback on linguistic and cultural quality
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
  
  

Who You Are

• Native or near-native fluency in Polish
• Strong written communication skills in both Polish and English
• Solid command of contemporary Polish usage across different contexts and registers
• Comfortable evaluating written language quality at scale
• Detail-oriented and consistent in your approach
• No prior AI experience required
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in translation, localization, editing, or linguistics
• Familiarity with AI or language evaluation workflows
• Knowledge of regional Polish variations or dialects
