Why Join POD Health: Hybrid role with telehealth, home visits, clinic shifts, and event‑based care No call requirements Low‑stress clinical environment Malpractice coverage provided Opportunity to grow with a fast‑scaling digital health company Position title: Podiatrist (Non-Surgical) Flexible · Remote + Field Visits · Full‑Time or Part‑Time (2–3 Days/Week) What You’ll Do: Conduct home visits for patients requiring in‑person podiatric care See patients at one of our POD Health locations across the tri‑state area Attend community events, corporate wellness days, and pop‑up clinics to provide on‑site podiatry services Perform virtual consultations, new‑patient evaluations, and telehealth follow‑up visits Document all encounters in our streamlined, podiatry‑friendly EMR Provide treatment plans, prescriptions, and referrals as needed Collaborate with our clinical and operations teams to support high‑quality patient care across all service types Who We’re Looking For: Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) with at least 1+ years of experience Active New York podiatry license (additional tri‑state licenses a plus) Comfortable with telemedicine, mobile care, and multi‑site practice Strong communicator with excellent patient rapport Interested in flexible scheduling and a dynamic care environment Ideal for podiatrists seeking supplemental income or a full-time diversified clinical role Compensation: We offer multiple compensation models depending on your preference and availability: Option 1 — Daily Rate $600–$850 per day, depending on experience Option 2 — Revenue Share Open to a revenue share arrangement in addition to a smaller salary or daily rate (details to be discussed) We are open to discussing compensation strategy to ensure a mutually beneficial arrangement.
