Job Description This is a remote position. Core Responsibilities Guest Outreach & Scheduling Identify, contact, and schedule podcast guests Manage guest communications and follow-ups Podcast Production Cycle Pre-production: planning, setup, and coordination Production: assist with recording, audio/video edits, and sound quality management Post-production: editing, packaging, adding intros/outros/transitions, and writing show notes Publishing: upload episodes to hosting platforms (Podbean, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.) Promotional Marketing Create and post promotional content across Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and YouTube (eventually TikTok as well) Support organic marketing strategies (no paid ads initially) Repurpose content into clips, reels, or graphics for audience engagement Explore additional platforms such as Pinterest and TikTok Call Screening & Show Support Manage live call-ins for one of the shows Provide technical and administrative support during podcast sessions Administrative Support Maintain podcast schedules and timelines Assist with setup and breakdown during podcast hours Requirements Tools & Platforms Podbean (primary hosting platform) Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Audible (distribution) Social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok Editing software Qualifications Prior experience in podcast production or virtual assistance (samples of past work required) Strong organizational and communication skills Experienced with audio/video editing tools and podcast hosting platforms Social media management experience (organic growth focus) Ability to work US hours (EST) and align with team schedules Good to Have: Data analysis and improvement skills (analytics, feedback review, audience growth strategies)
