PMO Team lead

As a key figure in our project management office, you'll leverage your expertise in Bid and Project Management processes to achieve strategic business objectives. Your role will involve managing and optimizing processes while collaborating across departments such as Bids & Projects, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to consolidate data and ensure efficiency in both bids and ongoing projects. About the role In this role, you will spearhead the implementation of the PMO structure, lead the PMO division, and establish a framework that will guide the team. You will support project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring proper resource allocation and participation in project reviews to capture pivotal information. Key responsibilities Lead the implementation of the PMO structure and framework . Coordinate with departments to consolidate bid and project data . Support project managers with scheduling and resource allocation . Facilitate project progress meetings and reviews . Produce and analyze financial and project data, adjusting processes as needed. Oversee project documentation and knowledge management . Manage and maintain PMO tools . What we're looking for We're seeking an analytical, autonomous, and innovative professional with strong communication skills. You should be capable of consolidating and translating data efficiently. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or Law. 5+ years of experience as a PMO . Proficiency in MS Suite ; familiarity with Microsoft Project, PowerBI, or Sharepoint is advantageous. Preferred experience in team management Fluency in French and English , both written and spoken. Willing to work within the Defence sector. Why join us?
