The Role

This PMO Coordinator role sits at the heart of a large-scale carve-out, supporting coordination across multiple workstreams and ensuring the successful delivery of key milestones within a structured program environment.

• Coordinate PMO activities across multiple workstreams
• Track and manage progress across a large number of program milestones
• Work within Transition Service Agreements (TSAs)
• Maintain governance frameworks and provide updates into the steering group
• Drive execution, ensuring tasks are delivered on time
• Manage and continuously improve planning, reporting, and Excel-based processes

Your Experience

Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-driven PMO professional who thrives in structured environments and enjoys bringing clarity and control to complex programs.

• Proven experience as a PMO Coordinator or PMO Analyst within large programs involving TSAs
• Background in Financial Services, Technology, or Professional Services
• Advanced Excel skills, including data management, reporting, and dashboards
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., macros, VBA) to improve efficiency
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and large-scale program tracking with precision.
• Carve-out project experience highly desirable.
