Role Summary We are looking for a Mid-Senior Gameplay Programmer specializing in Playable Ads and Luna Unity to join our team. This is a full-time remote role where you will build and optimize playable ads, gameplay prototypes, and reusable gameplay systems using Unity, Luna Playable technologies, and AI-assisted workflows. You’ll work closely with AI Engineers, Designers, Marketing, and Product teams to rapidly create high-performing interactive experiences. Responsibilities Develop and maintain playable ads and gameplay prototypes using Unity (C#) and Luna Playable. Build reusable gameplay systems, modular templates, and scalable architectures. Collaborate with AI Engineers on AI-generated playable workflows and automation systems. Implement responsive gameplay interactions, UI flows, and feedback systems. Rapidly prototype and iterate on gameplay concepts based on testing and analytics. Optimize playables for performance, loading time, and cross-device compatibility. Support debugging, testing, analytics integrations, and quality control. Work closely with Marketing, UA, Product, Design, Art, and Engineering teams. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code. Solid understanding of mobile optimization and performance. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
