About This Role: We’re hiring an Inbound Logistics Coordinator to support a fast-growing sporting goods and DTC eCommerce brand. In this role, you will manage purchase orders, coordinate inbound shipments, communicate with suppliers and freight partners, and help ensure inventory moves smoothly across multiple sales channels. We’re looking for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive who can thrive in a fast-moving environment with evolving operational priorities. Key Responsibilities: Manage and track purchase orders across multiple sales channels and suppliers Coordinate inbound shipments, freight timelines, and delivery schedules Communicate with vendors, factories, freight forwarders, and warehouses regarding shipment updates and issues Monitor inbound inventory flow and help resolve discrepancies or delays Maintain accurate shipment, PO, and logistics records across systems and spreadsheets Support inventory and operations teams with inbound logistics reporting and coordination Assist in improving logistics workflows, documentation, and operational processes Proactively flag risks related to delays, inventory shortages, or inbound disruptions Software/Platforms/Tools: Google Sheets / Excel ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a plus) Slack Asana, ClickUp, or similar project management tools Freight or inventory management systems preferred Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, purchasing, or operations coordination Experience supporting eCommerce, retail, consumer goods, or sporting goods businesses preferred Familiarity with purchase order management and inbound freight coordination Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working with spreadsheets, ERP systems, and operational reporting Excellent communication and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple moving priorities independently in a remote environment Nice to have: Experience in ecommerce, DTC, SaaS, or membership communities. Experience managing affiliate or ambassador programs. Experience running Meta or Google ad campaigns. Existing network within the ecommerce or creator ecosystem. Experience creating content with AI tools and Canva. Shift Schedule : Monday to Friday, flexible working hours with some overlap required with US business hours.
