Role Overview

Join Job Duck as a Personal Injury Case Manager supporting a fast-paced personal injury practice where your legal expertise and client-centered approach will make a meaningful impact. In this role, you will play a key part in guiding cases from intake through resolution, ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout their legal journey. You will collaborate closely with legal teams, manage critical documentation, and proactively follow up on case progress while maintaining high attention to detail. Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (USA)

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Collaborating with internal team members to ensure smooth case management
• Providing general guidance to clients regarding next steps in their cases
• Monitoring case timelines and ensuring timely follow-ups
• Supporting both pre-litigation and litigation processes
• Assisting in identifying health insurance coverage details
• Maintaining regular communication with insurance adjusters
• Following up with clients regarding treatment progress and case updates
• Requesting medical records, bills, and police reports
• Answering phone calls and communicating with clients effectively
• Drafting legal documents and case-related correspondence

What We’re Looking For:

• At least one to two years of proven experience working as a case manager
• Experience with US personal injury law is a MUST
• A bachelor's degree in Law is REQUIRED
• CRM: FileVine (REQUIRED)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Strong legal knowledge in personal injury processes
• High level of attention to detail
• Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Proactive and self-motivated work style
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to follow up consistently and ensure case progression
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes
• Strong work ethic and commitment to case completion
• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships
• Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
• Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment
