Job Description This is a remote position. Workforce Remote Staffing (WRS), a division of Workforce Holdings , partners with established UK companies seeking experienced remote support professionals to assist senior leadership teams. We are expanding our Talent Network and inviting experienced Personal Assistants and Executive Assistants to apply for upcoming remote opportunities supporting UK-based executives and management teams. Requirements Key Responsibilities May Include Depending on client requirements, responsibilities may include: Managing complex executive calendars across multiple time zones Coordinating board meetings, leadership meetings, and strategic sessions Preparing meeting packs, reports, and executive documentation Handling confidential communication and sensitive information Acting as a gatekeeper and liaison between executives and stakeholders Coordinating travel arrangements and executive itineraries Supporting project tracking and executive reporting Drafting high-level correspondence and internal communications Managing expenses and executive-level administrative processes Supporting strategic planning and operational coordination All roles are fully remote and require professionalism, discretion, and strong business acumen. Minimum Requirements Minimum 3โ5 yearsโ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant Experience supporting senior management or C-suite executives Excellent written and spoken English Strong organizational and time management skills High level of discretion and confidentiality Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Ability to work independently in a structured remote environment Stable internet connection and suitable home office setup Advantageous Experience supporting UK or international executives Exposure to board-level reporting or investor communication Experience working in professional services, finance, legal, or corporate environments Familiarity with CRM or project management tools Benefits Why Join the WRS Talent Network?
