ABOUT THIS ROLE
Flow of Contribution is seeking an experienced professional for a Personal & Professional Development Consultant engagement: an independent contract role designed for mid-to-senior level professionals with 7–10+ years of experience who are ready to apply their expertise outside a traditional employment structure.
This is not a salaried employee position. Compensation is 100% performanced-based, derived from direct client engagement activity, with no base salary or guaranteed income. Earnings are directly tied to your own effort, consistency, and results.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
– Conducting structured, purpose-driven consultation conversations with prospective clients using defined communication frameworks
– Supporting clients in clarifying direction, priorities, and next steps in their personal and professional development
– Executing established client engagement and onboarding processes within our proven system
– Maintaining professional standards, documentation, and follow-through
– Participating in ongoing mentorship, skills development, and community practice
This is not a clinical therapy, financial advising, or credentialed instruction role. It is grounded in structured conversation, active listening, and human-centered engagement.
COMPENSATION & WORK STRUCTURE
This is a commission-only independent contract role. Compensation is variable and directly tied to your client engagement activity and results, with no base salary, employee benefits, or guaranteed income. Earning potential is uncapped and grows in direct proportion to your effort and consistency.

QUALIFICATIONS
– 7–10+ years of professional experience in corporate leadership, consulting, coaching, training, or business development
– Demonstrated experience navigating significant career or organizational transitions
– Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
– High comfort level with self-directed, remote work
– Professionalism, commercial judgment, and discretion
– Familiarity with Google Workspace and virtual meeting platforms
