What's In It for You Salary starting from PHP 120,000/month Performance bonus structure 100% work-from-home Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM PH time (finish early, enjoy your afternoons) All equipment provided A team that's genuinely supportive and easy to work with Real work-life balance What You'll Be Doing Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns for individuals, companies, partnerships, and trusts Preparing and reviewing financial statements in line with Australian accounting standards Applying your technical know-how to resolve complex compliance and tax matters Keeping on top of Australian tax law and accounting standards as they evolve Spotting opportunities to improve how we work and deliver for clients Collaborating with a talented, close-knit team to get great outcomes What You'll Bring 5+ years of Australian tax experience in a public practice firm Solid understanding of Australian tax laws and accounting principles Hands-on experience with Xero and BGL 360 SMSF experience is a bonus — but not a dealbreaker Sharp attention to detail and strong time management Clear, confident communication skills in English A self-starter mindset with the ability to work well within a team Sound like you?
