Ooze Studios is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive the ROI and growth of our client’s ad campaigns. You will be responsible for the performance of ads across Meta, Google Ad Manager, and LinkedIn mainly with some campaigns on Pinterest, Tiktok, and YouTube.
You will work directly with the Managing Director to deliver tangible results for Ooze’s clients. Your experience with GA4, website optimisation, ad platforms, and martech in general, will help meet Ooze clients’ growth targets.
The ideal candidate should have over 5+ years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a proven track record of implementing and managing campaigns across digital channels. As the Performance Marketing Specialist, your excellent communication skills will be important in working collaboratively with different team members to achieve excellent results.

Responsibilities:
As the Performance Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for the following:
Strategy (20% of workload)
• Develop and implement a strong performance marketing strategy that is aligned with client and organisational goals.
• Aligning clients business goals & objectives into digital campaigns that deliver success
Identify new audiences for social paid campaigns that will help drive to projects to meet target KPIs
• Contribute to ideal buyer research to ensure optimal alignment to audience
Identify and test new channels to meet and exceed established performance metrics
Implementation (15% of workload)
• Assist our media ad buyer where needed
• Implement changes to campaigns based on the optimisation analysis
Optimisation (60% of workload)
•. Analyse ad performance multiple times per week in Meta, Google ad manager, and LinkedIn mainly with some campaigns on Pinterest, Tiktok, YouTube.
• Analyse the whole customer journey from ad to conversion using website traffic data (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc)
• Implement changes to campaigns based on the internal workshops and analysis
• Monitor and manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment
Ad-hoc (5% of workload)
• Ensure new client onboarding goes smoothly with MarTech setup
• Ensure goal and traffic tracking correctly working for campaigns
What are we looking for?
• 5+ years of working experience in a related role, preferably in an agency environment
• A strong passion for digital marketing with great understanding of acquisition and nurture marketing strategies
• Proficient in paid search and paid social
• Experience across all Paid Search ad formats & features, Dynamic & Responsive Search Ads, Ad Extensions & Call Tracking
• Experience in eCommerce ad optimisation
• Hands-on experience with CRM software, ideally ActiveCampaign
