Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to drive predictable pipeline growth for our B2B SaaS business.
This role is responsible for generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), demo bookings, and revenue pipeline through paid acquisition channels.
The ideal candidate understands long sales cycles, multi-touch attribution, account-based marketing (ABM), and SaaS metrics like CAC, LTV, and MRR.
Required Skills:
• 4+ years experience in B2B SaaS performance marketing
• Strong LinkedIn Ads expertise
• Deep understanding of long B2B sales cycles
• Experience with:
o HubSpot / Salesforce
o Marketing automation tools
o CRM lead scoring
• Strong analytical mindset
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
Preferred Experience
• SaaS ARR $1M+ environment
• Experience scaling to $100K+ monthly ad spend
• Knowledge of ABM tools
• Experience running international campaigns (US markets)
