Performance Marketing Consultant WhyteMatter Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Performance Marketing Consultant on behalf of a growing Belfast-based performance marketing agency specialising in digital advertising, data, and analytics. This is a senior, client-facing role combining hands-on paid media management with consultancy and analytics project delivery. You’ll work closely with clients to maximise campaign performance while developing advanced skills in data, tracking, and attribution. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimise paid media campaigns (primarily Google Ads; Meta & LinkedIn also used) Build strong client relationships and lead reporting and presentations Support data and analytics projects, including tracking and measurement solutions Create performance reports and insights using analytics and reporting tools Collaborate with internal teams, freelancers, and external partners Essential Experience 2+ years’ experience in a client-facing digital marketing role 2+ years’ hands-on Google Ads management Working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager Strong communication skills and experience managing multiple projects Based within commuting distance of central Belfast Desirable Experience with Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok Conversion Rate Optimisation and advanced analytics exposure SQL, BigQuery, Power BI/Tableau, or Google Ads Scripts What’s on Offer Salary (DOE) Hybrid working About Whytematter We are Whytematter – like white matter in your brain, we make connections.
