Responsibility - ✅ Performance Marketing • Plan, launch, manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) • Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube and Remarketing • Execute LinkedIn advertising campaigns for B2B lead generation • Monitor budgets, ROAS, CPL, CPA and campaign performance ✅ Lead Generation & Growth • Generate high-quality leads for multiple business sectors • Create and optimize lead funnels • Implement conversion-focused landing page strategies • Improve lead quality and conversion rates continuously ✅ SEO & Organic Growth • Develop and execute SEO strategies • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis • Optimize website content and technical SEO • Improve organic rankings and search visibility ✅ Analytics & Reporting • Track performance through Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite and reporting dashboards • Generate actionable insights from campaign data • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports ✅ Website & Conversion Optimization • Work closely with design and content teams • Improve user journeys and conversion paths • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis • Optimize websites for lead generation and business growth ✅ Digital Strategy • Contribute to marketing strategies for multiple brands • Identify growth opportunities • Research market trends and competitors • Recommend innovative digital initiatives WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: ✔ Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in Performance Marketing ✔ Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads ✔ Strong understanding of SEO, SEM and digital growth strategies ✔ Experience in lead generation campaigns ✔ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ✔ Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills ✔ Excellent communication and reporting abilities ✔ Self-motivated, proactive and accountable ✔ Agency experience will be a strong advantage BONUS IF YOU HAVE: ⭐ Experience with CRM platforms ⭐ Marketing automation knowledge ⭐ Landing page optimization expertise ⭐ Email marketing experience ⭐ Video marketing and YouTube Ads experience ⭐ Experience handling UAE and GCC markets WHAT YOU'LL GET: ✨ Opportunity to work with diverse brands across industries ✨ Freedom to innovate and execute ideas ✨ Direct exposure to leadership and decision-making ✨ Career growth in a rapidly expanding company ✨ Performance-driven culture where results are recognized and rewarded ✨ Remote work flexibility
